Hazy IPA's are huge on the fruity hop aroma and the taste is more sweet and fruity with little bitterness. They are fuller in body. The bitterness is 14 IBU - fruity, hoppy, sweet, full.

A classic label indicates this classic expression of this version of an IPA. It's been a long time since Epic made an IPA using the classic C hops of Chinook, Cascade and Centennial, balanced with a touch of sweet crystal malt, that delivers a slightly richer colour, and a more obvious sweeter, malty note which marries perfectly with the grapefruit and piney notes from the hops. Its like stepping back in time with the way the original IPA's use to be.

Using the grapefruity Cascade hops, with some stonefruity Amarillo hops and the tropical/coconuty Cryopop hops. All balanced on a pillowy cushion of malty sweetness, and perfect bitterness.
